Act 1, Scene 1
(Setting: The kingdom ruled by a just and fair king. The kingdom is peaceful and all are happy. Elaina is walking around in the kingdom when she hears a commotion)

Elaina: (To the people in the commotion) What's going on?

People: (All talking at once) Princess has been kidnapped by a terrible beast!

Elaina: (Determined) I will save the princess. (Exits)

Act 1, Scene 2
(Setting: Elaina is on her horse, traveling through deserts, climbing mountains, and fighting off dangerous beasts)

Elaina: (Thinking) I must save the princess and restore peace to the kingdom.

(Elaina reaches the castle where the princess is being held)

Act 2, Scene 1
(Setting: The castle where the princess is being held)

Elaina: (Entering the castle, sword in hand) I will battle my way through the castle's defenses to save the princess.

(Elaina battles her way through the castle's defenses and reaches the room where the princess is being kept)

Act 2, Scene 2
(Setting: The room where the princess is being kept)

Elaina: (Opening the door) I have come to save you, Princess.

(The “princess” transforms from a monster to a young woman cursed to live as a beast)

Princess: (To Elaina) Thank you for coming to save me, but I am not a princess. I am cursed to live as a monster.

Elaina: (Sympathetically) I understand.

(Elaina and the princess spend time together and fall in love)

Act 3, Scene 1
(Setting: Elaina and the princess are on their quest to find a way to break the curse)

Elaina: (To the princess) We will find a way to break the curse and be together.

(Elaina and the princess travel far and wide, facing dangers and overcoming obstacles, until they finally find the one who can break the curse)

Act 3, Scene 2
(Setting: The curse is lifted and the princess returns to her true form)

Elaina: (Happily) The curse is lifted. You are free.

Princess: (Happily) And we can be together.

(Elaina and the princess return to the kingdom where their love is accepted and celebrated)

End

(Lights fade to black)
